A new season of Insider’s TRAVEL DARES is set to debut on the Travel Dares Facebook page, YouTube and Instagram on Wednesday, November 10 with award-winning director, writer, and actor Jenna Laurenzo as the popular travel series’ new host. The rise in stateside and road trip travel inspired a refreshed approach to the new five-episode season, which follows Jenna on a solo road trip across the Southeastern region of the US.
New weekly episodes will uncover one-of-a-kind unexpected, historic, and/or hidden activities and destinations that inspire viewers to create their own unforgettable adventures. Travel Dares: Season US dares Jenna — and all of us watching — to see the US in a new way, revealing how rewarding life can be when you take a small step outside of your comfort zone.
In past seasons, our hosts have escaped quicksand, tubed down Olympic ski slopes, played Swiss alphorns, bathed in beer, and more — encouraging our viewers to travel and experience something new for themselves.
Season US of Travel Dares marks the show’s triumphant return after original plans to launch the third season in 2020 were put on hold due to the global health crisis. Season “US” stands for not only the United States, but also US, as in all of us coming back together after a difficult 2020 to forge new connections with the people and places that make up our country.

Best known for her viral shorts "Girl Night Stand," and her award-winning feature film “Lez Bomb,” writer/director Jenna Laurenzo, who will be serving as host, is currently in development on her next two features, and was most recently featured in the iPhone 13 commercial directed by Kathryn Bigelow.
