Insider celebrates our women in leadership for International Women's Day 2023

Insider is committed to supporting and developing a diverse employee base. Our people are our greatest asset and we want our company to be as diverse as the communities we live in, work in, and write about.

This focus on diversity and equity is spearheaded by our leadership team, and is reflected in our publicly-available, annual diversity and equity progress report.

Barbara Peng was named president of Insider and Insider Intelligence in 2021. She has always been steered by her passion for data and insights, which serves as the foundation for her innovative, successful strategies.

Maggie Milnamow has only been at Insider for a year, but has already made a tremendous impact. As chief revenue officer, she oversees the global sales force and scaling advertising business, which has reported double-digit growth year-over-year.

Maggie is also a member of Chief, a women’s private club that supports women in leadership positions.

Hannah Diddams recently joined Insider as the VP of marketing where she pairs her passion for people with her 15+ years of sales and marketing expertise to set the strategy for corporate communications, client solutions, product marketing, consumer research and insights, and more.

She is a fierce advocate for women who enjoys knitting and playing Legos with her daughter in her downtime!

Spriha Srivastava is the London bureau chief and international executive editor and oversees more than 100 journalists across the UK and Singapore. Her success is rooted in her world knowledge as well as her unrelenting dedication to leading with kindness, which was celebrated when she was listed as one of the top 50 leaders in the UK recognized for kindness in leadership by the Women of the Future Programme.

Spriha loves to travel and recently mastered the art of baking banana bread.

Fritzie Andrade was named Insider and Insider Intelligence's first head of diversity, equity, inclusion and employee experience. She is a first generation Mexican-American who works to make newsrooms more diverse and support those underrepresented in journalism.

She holds a bachelor's degree in theater from New York University Tisch School of the Arts and though she’s no longer on stage, Fritzie is a talented tap dancer!

Maria Purcell is Insider’s VP of international sales where she brings more than a decade of sales and advertising experience to continue transforming business. She has always been a strong proponent of DEI, and she is currently the D&I executive sponsor at the London bureau.

Maria is a keen baker who loves to whip up new recipes for her family and friends.
